We called Conrad in after our first attorney failed to meet the needs of our situation. He took care our situation in 6 months when our prior attorney left us in the lurch after 4 1/2 years with her. Great communication, attention to detail, careful in representing the options (to prevent his own opinion leading our decision-making), and just all around great guy! I would completely recommend Conrad!

I consider it a privelege to have had Craig represent me. Most of us don't understand the law. Craig is an expert and his communication skills are excellent. He is very patient with the client, and is always able to provide updates in easy to understand words. Conrad handled my auto accident case. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and staying on top of every detail. My case had not been given serious consideration by a local famous firm. But when Conrad took it over, he did a lot of diligent work and produced an outstanding outcome, way exceeding the outcome anticipated by that big firm . Conrad is very easy to communicate as well. I was attack by three dogs in June! The n Xtrina day contacted Craig and he was on it so fast!! He even called the lady with the dogs and explained to her that he would be taking my case and what her options were. She finally gave him info that we needed and the case went very quickly. He took care of all the negotiations and paper work and was up on everything. When I called him he explained every detail and what comes next. He always answered my phone calls and kept me up to date on every detail. Thanks again for everything and got my $$$ !! Cindy

I was attacked by an irate customer in Walgreens a while back because my name was called before his picking up our prescription. He knocked me over and shoved me into the wall.
