I hired Stacey for a simple, elective, but important family matter. I told her exactly what I wanted done and my conditions for moving forward (or else I would chose to drop the entire matter and not go to court). She left my mandatory condition out of the petition and it was not even considered by the Judge. Had I known this would happen, I would have walked away and not done anything. I even reminded her of my condition while waiting for the judge seat himself. She decided what should be done in this family matter, not me. And later acted as if she never knew of my mandatory condition for moving forward.

It's probably a conflict of interest to review Mr Burgess. I will say he is a very intelligent man, has a manner of practice that mirrors his manner of life. We could all be better off being a bit more like Mitch. But that's not a review.

Nicole Fisher was a beast in my divorce.... I am still completely mind blown at how well she got me set up. She isn't the cheapest attorney but I truly believe it was worth every penny. Highly highly recommend her!

I went to meet with an attorney to discuss a show cause hearing and a simple modification that I already had done with the State just needed to appear before judge. The intake sheet I filled out let them know my yearly income and the pending cases I named above with my yearly income not being over 15k per year. I paid the $100.00 fee just to talk with an attorney. The response was $5,000 to start. What a JOKE this was my concern before even paying a fee. Best advise look for free consultaion. Not at all happy about a law firm collecting a full days pay for 1 hour and then being asked to pay $5,000 for an attorney to start.
