Best lawyer I have ever worked with. Mr. Burgess always takes good care of you and your case. He always goes above and beyond to make sure you receive good compensation. Mr. Burgess possesses great expertise, extensive knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. Believe me, he is the best representation you can get. You won't be disappointed. I rarely write a review; however, I feel I'm obliged to write a review for Mr. Burgess after receiving such excellent customer service.

Waste of time and money, accomplished nothing during discussion...Other than What is never resolved...during pre...divorce. please do not spend the funds to find out out, what is hers and what is yours that is what I heard from this attorney for your 200 dollars. she will not talk to your lawyer, to discuss anything, that is going on, with your case, without your money......Sorry , I was not Happy With The Conversation! Great attorney and very personable

I am reaching out in hopes that no one is treated the way that my family and I were by Ms. Stacey Janssen. When I read a review that said "run don't walk away from this lawyer” I did not understand given her credentials. I should have taken that to heart and ran… It would have saved us a great amount of time (over a month) and our families situation would not have escalated. If our elder law case was too complex, it should have been addressed with us earlier, nothing was said. She was negligent and unprofessional from the beginning and treated us like we were an inconvenience. She was dishonest and evasive we considered she might be working for the other side of our case. Because of the minimal communication (at best) and excuses from Ms. Janssen our family wasted time we did not have in the first place and did absolutely nothing for our case. After repeated calls and emails she simply replied with, “I don’t seem to have any calls from you”, (other countless excuses/lies). Her secretary assured me she was delivering the calls and messages to Stacey (her, I believe). I cannot understand why someone would agree to take on clients and all she had to do was send a simple letter requesting accountings. We had family counting on us to have legal support, now we are starting from the beginning. My family and I are beyond frustrated, and we are still in shock at the lack of integrity and professionalism. Run don’t walk away from Stacey Janssen.
