We had a great experience working with James and his team. From meeting us in the hospital and being honest about what to expect moving forward. They worked quickly to get the process started and were always available for questions and clarification when we needed it. They never gave us unrealistic expectations for when or how our case would end and we always felt they were honest and fair with their expectations on how things would turn out. I cantacted the office about a recent eye injury i sustained while at my job, my work didnt want to be held accountable for it and kept pushing off me wanting to go to the doctor, i spoke to Keith V. Yarwood, he walked me thru the steps of what to do and what to say to my employer to make them act sooner, (all completely free of charge on his own spare time) on this case especially since i had metal stuck in my cornea for 4 whole days. The moment i got off the phone with him i contacted my hr, told them i had been in touch with the lawyers at edelman and thompson. Immediately they sent me to the clinic and then to an optometrist for immediate extraction. Keith V. Yarwood even had the decency to contact me later that night and see how my eye was and make sure i followed up. He was thrilled to hear my eye was fixed with no major longterm injuries sustained. He is a great man and i cant thank him enough for the monumental help he was. A very kind and truely caring person.
