I went to meet with an attorney to discuss a show cause hearing and a simple modification that I already had done with the State just needed to appear before judge. The intake sheet I filled out let them know my yearly income and the pending cases I named above with my yearly income not being over 15k per year. I paid the $100.00 fee just to talk with an attorney. The response was $5,000 to start. What a JOKE this was my concern before even paying a fee. Best advise look for free consultaion. Not at all happy about a law firm collecting a full days pay for 1 hour and then being asked to pay $5,000 for an attorney to start.

Stacey Wullschleger was a phenomenal attorney. She was always on top of all the details of my case. I needed to make a significant modification to an existing order. As a father, Stacey helped me get sole physical custody of my 2 kids.
