Years ago, I reached out and paid for a simple traffic related service, John called me back after and said he actually can't provide the service we agreed upon because of some limitations of the court where I got the ticket. He refunded my money in full. How many lawyers do you know that would do that?

She was honest and very knowledgeable about what I was dealing with. She didn’t sugar coat anything and kept it very professional.

Flora was a very poor choice to represent me to say the least. Mrs. Winitz managed to add stress to an already unbearably stressful situation dealing with my child custody case. Flora showed up over 10 minutes late to the preliminary hearing. Witch was very unprofessional but was nothing compared to how she moved forward. There was a 4 month period between the preliminary hearing and the trail. The first two months she did well with communication as I gathered and delivered solid evidence of multiple counts of contempt of court to Mrs. Winitz. Then suddenly Flora stopped responding or returning my calls and text messages. For the entire 2 months until the night before or hearing. A week prior I put in a request for an continuance due to a lack of communication between the lawyer I hired (Flora Winitz). When she finally answered my call, I was a complete wreck ( already had one hospital vist due to high blood pressure at this point ). She assured me everything was under control. We show up for trail and I bring two witnesses that I've been asking Mrs. Winitz about for months before she disappeared. Flora badgers them about times, dates, and other situations there outside the courtroom when there was more then enough time before hand. We go in the courtroom, Mrs. Winitz decided to talk to the judge without me then leads me outside the courtroom. Turns out she did absolutely nothing with any of the evidence I gave her. With full knowledge of my daughters mother being unstable until days before trail. Flora Winitz did myself and my daughter a great injustice! I am a Loving father who made every effort to do what was right by my daughter and her mother. Flora Winitz my have been at some point, an exceeding great lawyer. Flora Winitz did myself and my daughter Great Injustice.

Don't waste your time with a corporate attorney. Mike did a fantastic job for me and my wife. I can now continue my life.

I’ve known and been a client of Jennifer’s for more than a decade. She has represented me in various matters related to divorce, child custody, and child support modification, as well as providing recommendations via consult for a pressing and complicated child custody issue involving my grandchildren. I appreciate that she takes the time to fully explore and explain the ramifications of every feasible action and outcome. She’s ALWAYS extremely efficient and assertive, highly knowledgeable, and great at making her clients feel like they’re in the most capable hands. What I appreciate the most, however, is that she places personal ethics above her bottom line, giving advice and counsel based on prepping clients for the best possible outcome within the parameters of the law. She doesn’t sugar coat things, so if you’re looking for someone who’ll tell you what you want to hear in the office only to have everything fall apart in court—while you walk away empty-handed and he/she pockets hefty retainer you paid—Jennifer’s not the attorney for you. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Ten stars!
