Fischer law came highly recommended. The only part of this firm that actually do any work would be the paralegals. Nicole is a horrible person who somehow managed to get my parenting time cut in half. The cherry on top, she was also able to triple my child support. She had an attitude all of the 2 times in a year and half she bothered to talk to me. I still don't understand how a lawyer can charge so much and do absolutely nothing. I had negotiate everything on my own and pay her for my ability to try and get fair treatment from the courts and my ex-wifes lawyer. Why would a lawyer question your motives for wanting more time with your child. I seriously doubt she knew all the facts to my case. She also couldn't get me off the phone fast enough, which is probably why she didn't know much about my case. In my 43 years I have never seen anyone as bad or incompetent at there job as Nicole Fischer. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy, she has no heart.

From start to finish Nicole was professional and kept me well informed throughout the process. I have recommended Nicole to friends who also had a good experience. With our a doubt I would higher her again if needed.

Nicole was excellent during the process. i understood everything that was going on and made decisions based off of principles and knew we would lose. But she did her job better then any other attorney that I had hired before. Once in court she switched into high gear and made me believe I would had won if not for the judge being completely one sided. Would hire her for anything in the future. She is worth the money!

Nicole is straight forward. I have (unfortunately) been back to court several times with my ex and every lawyer I had before Nicole seemed to just want to settle and I kept losing. With Nicole I have gained more time with my kids and residency for education. She has always been blunt with me and told me when I'm asking for things that are not realistic. She walked me through the process and I would recommend her to anyone!

Nicole went above and beyond. She was my lawyer for a child custody case. She was always straight forward and kept me in the loop the whole time. Always seemed very focused and on point during prep and during court. Very good at guiding me through the process and was able to get me a positive outcome in my case.

Nicole was great. I had a very hard and somewhat tricky child custody situation. She worked hard and was always up front and honest about what was going on with my case. She tells it how it is and presents real solutions to problems that arise. She worked very hard on my case and still has been there for me as a client when I have had questions. She was very prepared and always had answers and solutions to anything that would arise, and in my case a lot did arise. Being a male it was great to have someone to stick up for me in a custody case, in fact Nicole showed no backing down from the other side. This was a huge help and plus in getting me more time with my son than most men have. Great lawyer and very fierce in fighting for her clients...

Nicole was my life saver. I spent over $10K with another attorney who wasn't timely to respond to my e-mails, didn't advise me when I needed it, and made me feel like I'd hired a scrivener with no real skills. My experience with Nicole was 180 degrees different. Nicole was an advocate for me. Whereas I felt like my previous attorney was annoyed that I would bother her with my questions (while she was overcharging me), Nicole would not only answer my questions with sound legal advice, but she was also strategic. She told me what my options were, but also told me what she thought would lead to the best possible outcome in my situation, even if she knew I didn't want to hear it. And she was right! My previous attorney made me feel like I was alone on an island, Nicole made me feel like we were in it together and that my success was hers and vice versa. She is cordial with opposing counsel, as a good attorney should be, but she wasn't afraid to call someone out if they'd unreasonably delayed in getting something done. I've recommended and referred Nicole over a dozen clients. I know I'll need her help again in a few years when we change our custody plan, and she is absolutely the first person I'll call.

I reached out to Miss Fisher's law firm on short notice and she and her staff worked extremely long hours (tirelessly) organizing and putting together my case. They were prompt with all aspects of the case and my case was huge and had years of issues involved. Miss Fisher exceeded all expectations and was an avid listener and carries herself confidently in the court room. As a matter of fact I need to mention her staff as well. Tika, Miss Sader, and Mrs Craft whom also work in the office were caring and professional and all worked very hard to construct and organize my case even outside of the office.
