My name is Julie Fitzsimmons, when interviewing for the position with the company that I have been with for the past 30 years I was asked what brought you here my reply was, I was looking for a place to call home. I’m very fortunate I have never been hurt and never had a Workmen’s Comp. claim that was until August 2 of 2018 I had fell at work I was sent to Concentra Medical Center to be evaluated by my employer I was sent home the next morning I was asked to come back and get a boot the x-ray showed that I had a fracture and that I needed to see an orthopedic doctor while I was getting ready I received a phone call from benefits who told me that my case was denied before even knowing the extent of my injuries I was furious and scared and I knew I needed help immediately I reached out and called EDELMAN & THOMAS Attorneys at Law. During my first conversation with Mr. Keith Yarwood he was polite and compassionate, I met with him that same day for the next year thanks to Mr. Yarwood I was able to concentrate on getting myself well.
