It seems to be a reoccurring theme of lack of communication between client and attorneys with the Camp Lejeune Claims with this lawfirm. I am having the same problem as many others here with the lack of contact from a case manager or attorney. I'm perfectly aware that cases of this nature take time and don't happen overnight. I registered with this law firm on 9/14/2022 to represent us for claim for our father that passed away in 1982 due to Lymphoma which is a Tier 1 claim for those effect by the contaminated water at Camp Lejeune for the PACT ACT of 2022. According to call center representatives the only documents they have are ones that I personally have provided and the claim is still yet to be filed. Have contacted them numerous times since 4/24/24 and requested attorney to return my call to discuss when claim may be filed prior to 8/10/24 deadline. As of today, 6/26/24, I still have not been contacted by an attorney and I see this as a clear violation of Missouri Rules of Professional Conduct - Rule 1.4(a)(2). I may edit this review in the future at such time I (the client) am communicated with as to the status of my claim, specifically when claim will be filed.
