My family hired Wendt Law Firm to assist us following an auto accident which took the life of a close family member. There is no way I could ask anymore from this firm. Their understanding of the legal process along with the insurance industry was amazing. Rosalie and Sam went above and beyond for my family. I would recommend them to anyone.

In 2019, Wendt Law Firm represented me as a result of an auto accident which sent me to the ICU at NKCH. We have recently reached a settlement with the insurance companies involved. I do feel compelled to offer a review of their services that I found were professional by all the people I had contact with during their representation of my case. Sam Wendt, Nick Hillyard and Jeff Scurlock all did a great job in their various capacities. I believe Sam negotiated hard for the best outcome. Throughout the 18 months I had almost weekly contact with Rosalie Borgardts who was the paralegal assigned to me. She was very responsive and was always available to answer or help me with any questions I had. This is very important when you are a victim navigating through a totally new experience.
