After being struck by a city truck while I was on a delivery for work. I was in pain and didnt know what to do. So i hit the internet.. I got into a chat with a legal professional whom was in Washington, he couldn't help me in my case being the fact we were in different states but he recommended me to the office of Monsee & Mayer. I emailed them and met with Reed and Deana. They welcomed me and informed me of the process right from the start I had neck pains, back pains, and consistent headaches, I was unable to return to work for my normal hours for sometime.. Reed and Deana were involved with the progression of my condition during the entire recovery process always putting my health first while keeping me informed on the case. Time continued to pass with no reimbursement for damages or any type of offer from the other cities insurer and my bills continued to pile up. Reed and I decided we would take it to court. But even then the court date had been set for 18 mos away. To make that loooong story shorter, let me just say that Reed and Deana were able to get me a check for my damages, a fair settlement for my injuries, pain and suffering, and lost wages in less than 6 mos. I drive all the time and i am exposed to distracted drivers regularly, its nice to know I have the law offices of Monsee & Mayer in my contacts if I should ever need them again.
