I was nervous first visiting their offices, but associate Matt put me at ease and made me feel immediately comfortable. He discussed the situation plainly and was relatable. Indeed the entire firm seemed to be extremely patient, answering any and all questions I had, no matter how little I knew of the subject. They were very "on top of their game" work-wise. I knew I was in good hands shortly after our initial meeting. Presley & Presley assisted me with a complicated Dram Shop case in which an underage and over-served driver hit my car on interstate 70 at a high rate of speed causing bi-lateral shoulder injuries. The process involved suing two local restaurants which served alcohol to the under-age driver and over-served his friends.
