I reached out to them regarding my mom's hospice care. While they could not help be as that wasn't the sort of case they handle, they did take the time to refer me to a law firm that does handle that kind of case. They didn't have to do that for me, but they did. And that's pretty awesome to me!

I worked with Dr. Sam Cullan when my son was injured at birth. Dr. Sam is a excellent attorney /doctor. I was very fortunate to have him represent us. He truly is a wonderful person and attorney. We are so very thankful he helped us through a very difficult time!!

I originally contacted this firm on a medical malpractice claim from a surgery after a motorcycle wreck. I had taken the motorcycle case to another firm and they said they couldn't do anything for me. Ryan talked with me and investigated both cases. They told me they didn't think they could win the medical malpractice claim, but did some research and ended up getting me a great settlement on my motorcycle case that I couldn't believe. I highly recommend this firm.

I am writing this review because I want people to know, that Dr. Sam is not a regular lawyer. He truly cares about you as a person not just a client. I was in a horrible accident with a truck on the interstate. They wanted to blame me. I was worried about the medical bills and if I would be able to work. I was worried that my husband and I would lose everything we had worked hard for. I called a few different firms who did not seem concerned. Dr. Cullan spoke to me on the phone and was the only one willing to come to my house. After meeting with him we knew it was the right decision. He is a doctor. He discussed all the medical issues. More importantly, he talked to me like a person. He LISTENED. He was obviously concerned. I had always been an on the go person. I was terrified life as I knew it was over. Both he and Pamela gave me hope. He would answer any question. If I called and he could not talk right then he always called back. He lifted the burden from us so I could focus on how to heal. He helped me put the pieces back together. Money cannot give you your health back but the settlement he got for my family gives us financial security. I contacted them to work on a potential malpractice claim. Virginia was great. I met with Dr. Sam Cullan one time. They took my case. Two months later, after minimal communication, they dropped me. They gave a few poor reasons, when really, it seems that the case wasn't worth their time. The doctor had malpractice insurance and even they admitted that malpractice had occurred. Only go to them if you are okay with minimal communication and can guarantee them a big payday. Sad.

Do not contact this firm about any nursing home problems. We were referred to an outside attorney who met with us once. He told us we had a case and he would be in touch. Over two months went by and we never heard from him. Every time we called he had an excuse why he hadn't called. That was nearly 11 months ago and the last time we talked to him in August, he told us he would call in September. We still haven't heard from him. I worked at several law firms and the attorneys I worked for never acted in this matter. We kept our clients updated on the status of cases. We had tickler systems, etc. This guy has one assistant who is pretty incomptent from what we have experienced. It appears that this guy and this firm are only looking for slam dunk cases.
