Complete scamsters. My hospital bills were about 4 grand, and they offered a settlement that wouldn't even cover them. Then they lost documents that I had initially submitted. They tried forcing me to accept a paltry amount by telling me that I had previously made a verbal agreement to accept it, which is 100% false - not to mention illegal. Rude, unprofessional, unethical, and flat out evil. It's been over a year since my assault and all they've done is give me a headache. I was told by an acquaintance that his friend had a wrongful death case settled for $130k and they tried to take $115k.

Just wow at the reviews I'm SO GLAD I DIDNT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE LMAO I WOULD'VE BEEN PISSSED THEY NEED TO STOP FALSE ADVERTISING THE COMMERCIALS after reading these reviews and hearing how they didn’t receive certain amounts of money after seeing the Alex Murdaugh trial I wouldn’t be surprised if this is what this firm is doing stealing money from clients and depositing the rest in a forged account 🤦🏽‍♀️ 😳

I really loved that I didn't have to do a thing I was there to answer any questions if needed and my lawyer Tristan Medllin and his team handled the rest. All I had to do was show up when my case was settled to pick up my settlement check. I would highly recommend calling DiPasquale Moore law first!

I would like to say thanks to Kelly St.John and her case manager Haley Guynes. Both great help and great on communication. For my first time ever working with a law firm they treated me like family and took care of all my medical bills and made sure I was feeling better. I recommend her and her team for anyone who has just been in an accident and has been injured.
