Just wrapped up with my experience at DiPasquale Moore. What an amazing group of people. They came to my place and did the initial consultation. Everything was explained with professionalism and I had a clear understanding on how the process would go. Kate and Shadi were so helpful throughout the whole process. I got calls anytime there was an update. I knew I was in good hands and I would highly recommend DiPasquale Moore to anyone looking for a personal injury attorney. Very thankful!!!!

Me and my husband were in auto accident and the insurance from the other people wouldn’t cover the medical bills. but our lawyer Anthony came in and got them to up what we were supposed to get three times and cover the medical bills. They were courteous and very professional. I would definitely be going back if something happen again. And I would be recommending their services to other people and their fees are not that high.

Went above and beyond. Very professional and if necessary I will use again and again and again and if I know anyone in need I will point them right to them.

I was thinking that DiPasquale Moore as I saw them on the TV. BUT..... My experience wasn't that good. Before singing the contract we talked about everything, everything was good the way they treated me we agreed about the expenses. After I signed it was something else. -They didn't care about my case. -They will answer what they want to answer and will ignore me when they didn't want to answer my questions.. -They didn't study my case good, I am the one who asked them did you sumit these or that. - they didn't care to but more money in my pocket ( as they saying in the TV show) after they reached to the agreement with the insurance company they didn't care to negotiate my hospital lien I was the one kept asking and pushing them for that. - THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME WITH THE LIEN AMOUNT. THEY GIVE ME A WRONG NUMBER FOR MY LIEN. THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME IN ABOUT $10,000 MORE THE ACTUAL LIEN WAS. the only thing saved me from this scam was when I asked for a copy of the lien for my records. - they increased the expenses more than we agreed. I was really afraid about my money after the lien thing but I didn't have a choice. - they didn't tell me when they got my check from the insurance company. When I asked about my check no one would answer my emails, phone calls. I was so close to file a complaint against them. I think they want to keep the money in their accounts more time to earn more interest. I will not recommend this firm to any of my family or friends.. If there wasn't any place else I will advise:- - Take from the contract off that they can deposit your check from the insurance company in their accounts without your signature. - sending all the communications between them and all the providers in your case. - keep monitoring your case by yourself. - put a fixed amount for the expenses. I wish no one go through what I went through with this firm.
