Horrible!! Low balled me.. hit and run accident, and other party is walking free. Horrible at responding back. I asked to get a call instead of emailing back and forth. Never received that call. Settlement check was horrible. Better off settling my case alone. Smh.

Not a person who leaves a lot of reviews but figured I'd share my experience. I was hit while at a complete stop at 8 months pregnant so decided to go with dipasquale Moore. I never once met with my attorney Kate. Everything was over the phone. My case took a little over 5 months to settle. While I was waiting I tried to get a pre settlement loan which they never would let happen, so I struggled while waiting the whole time. Once the end came around the amount decrease due to lawyer fees and out of pocket hospital bills. What did it for me is my lawyer went on leave to have a baby but never informed me. So someone else took over my case. Alot more happened but these really were the main issues I was having.
