Im a little behind on my review, but I was recently reminded how terrible MD’s firm handled my case. I was in a really bad accident last August. I had a brand new car, literally 2 weeks old. I had full coverage, gap insurance, everything. I had got in contact with Grace through MD, she seemed kind, but I never heard from anyone unless I called. In the span of 8 months, I heard from my lawyer maybe 2 or 3 times, again, I had to call every time. I remember them calling me at work telling me that “They dropped my case” and to “Have a good day”. That was seriously how they ended it. Nothing further, nobody assisted me with anything. No one asked for pictures of my injuries, I had to get in contact with my insurance to see if anything was happening. The kid that hit me ran a stop sign going double the speed limit, no insurance, wasnt his car and there were expired temp tags on the car. I also had to reach out to the police to get my police report as no one sent anything of the sort to me. My lawyers and case managers also “forgot” to send me my forms for the loss of wages from missing work.I called two separate times asking for them but both times my lawyer and case manager “wasnt in office” so it took weeks to hear back. I got a measly $500 from restitution from the state for an accident that caused me over $30k in damages alone. I will never recommend this law firm to anybody

Grant Honnold worked on my case for my son who is a minor. I can’t tell you how great it was working with him. He always informed me of anything going on with our case. After a slip and fall my son suffered a concussion. We had previously hired a different attorney not with DM injury and that attorney dropped our case because they just were not competent to work the case. Grant worked it vigorously and got my son a big check. Thank you so much for getting my son the settlement he deserved after his injury!
