So you tell me that my attorney and insurance company got more money from my settlement then Me. I had 3 attorneys and only spoke to two of them. Their assistant Pierce always emailed back on their behalf but to get only 6k out of 25k doesn’t make any sense at all to me. My first lawyer was Grace and she said I should receive between 8k-10k but I got only 6k. The newest attorney got 10k how does that make sense? My car was totaled I had a concussion and shoulder injury. The amount of work I missed was 6k and that’s all I am receiving back from this car accident. This is how the rich stay rich and the poor get screwed over. Tell me how Mikes got this really makes sense because I feel screwed over and used for them to get money and not me. I spent more to get a new vehicle and to rent a vehicle than I got back from my settlement. I hope soon I get a phone call offering me the rest of the money I deserve. Good luck for anyone else who uses this lawyer group.

At this time I can't say I'm very impressed. My attorney knows nothing about dealing with my work comp, only reason that matter is i have to pay work comp out of my settlement. Plus getting a phone call back is next to impossible. You would think taking 40 percent of a settlement both of those things would be important

My son was hit by a car driven by a public official. Hired Mike to help us. Blame was put on my 11 year old son and Mike sided with them. In the end I have $30,000 in hospital bills and shelter insurance is asking for $3000 for the damage to the woman's car. Dm law protects the insurance companies not the people hurt. The TV commercials are NOT at all true. !!!
