I don’t recommend this law firm they ran my case for months, left me without answers. I did more footwork on my case then they did. Then dropped me without answers. The only good thing I got out of them was the medical care. Other than that trying to talk to your “lawyer” is useless because they are never available.

So I am a previous client represented by this lawfirm. I settled out of an auto accident case that took place in 2022. It was to my understanding that when I settled out, I was being cut a check for my personal injures, and another lump some was going to go towards getting my medical bills paid. Remind you during this process it was impossible to ever get in contact with my attorney but that’s a different matter. But after settlement, I got cut a check for $11,566. I thought that was my personal injury check and the other amount from the policy was going to go towards medical bills. Here we are 2 years later and my MEDICAL BILLS NEVER EVER GOT PAID. I’m being billed 11,133 by my local hospital. I call find out why they never got paid receive no answers and find out the attorney that represented me don’t even work with the law firm anymore. So to get my medical bills paid I’m in the process of hiring another attorney to go after the underinsured on a motor vehicle accident since my medical bills never got paid. I’ve been informed by my new attorney he needs the documents from the previous case, so I’ve contacted this law office multiple times and have been given the run around and have left multiple voicemails about needing my documents, and just like when I was represented by them have received NO call back. Pretty sure my policy as well was for 25,000 and I got cut a check for 11,566, I was thinking that was fair if my medical bills got paid off but they didn’t. I was told that the lawyer fee is 33.3 percent and I should’ve got 66% from the case. I didn’t I got 46% so where did my other money go even? This law firm is terrible at getting back with their clients. Seems as if they don’t care.

They got it alright, your money. Find another attorney, mine lied to me. They ended up with more of my money than I did. Kicker is we never had to go to court, it was settled outside. My attorney also told the mediator he was gonna be able to squeeze out more money for me since it didn't go to court. Just look at your options and don't rush to this attorney.

Very disappointed with this office. Aaron Morris is my attorney and never returns a call or email. I only received half of my settlement, and was told they lost the other money in a paperwork issue. This has been goin on for a few months now even after the case is settled. DiPasquale Moore received their money and now tells me that they can't pay my money out because they LOST IT. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Now I have to get another lawyer to help recover the rest of my settlement this office.

Absolutely would NEVER recommend this firm. They agreed to take my case, then wasted my time as they continued to not work on it for a month. Their staff is incredibly rude once you sign on. The staff was so sweet and helpful before I signed paperwork for them to represent me, and once I had signed on I was met with rudeness and continually ignoring me. They agreed to help me with my personal injury case after an assault. After a month they dropped my case after agreeing to take it. Maybe they do car accidents well, but if you have anything other than that, I highly suggest you find someone else. They aren't willing to do the work for cases that aren't easy money for them. Edit for clarification. Even though they posted their phone number below they refuse to take my calls, continue to transfer me to the same voicemail and never call me back. I have tried to discuss this, and they simply won't. Stay clear of this office!

Me and my wife and kids and we hired mike at the time my wife was pregnant and was injured as well as my self. Even though i expressed my pain they said therapy was the best they could do . I only received 12k this includes my car im very disappointed . My wife only received 6k mind you she broke her tooth and they couldn't fix it very disappointed was involed in a head on collision with a drunk driver and they didnt even get charged

I went to Mike and his staff Kelvin was nice,but they lost my case ,and I even had to do physical therapy for a month and a half. He also lost my Aunt's case and she broke a bone....Soooo by my EXPERIENCE MIKE DOESN'T HAVE THIS!!
