We’ve been working with Attorney, Jake Pruett and it’s been a smooth process, so far. Jake and Case Manager, Daniella, have handled only the bodily injury claim through the auto insurances. They do not handle the property damage side of accidents, or any property damage claims. Communication was mainly thru email and text which was my preferred communication. Which is 5+ stars for me. 40% of my settlement retained to lawyer and this was stated up front. Result: I didn’t even get minimum. No compensation of missed time off my second job for three months, or reimbursed the extra accessories I had in my totaled vehicle. (Electronic running boards, all weather mats, front, back and bed of truck, etc.) Apparently one of my medical bills at Overland Park Regional hospital was $29,000. Yikes! It’s funny how one gets on an automobile accident in KS, not at fault, totaled vehicle, and when your vehicle is totaled ins technically does not need to put you in a rental. So let’s add my rental for three months I paid for, or the times asking for rides, or going without. Or to mention being financed for another vehicle I wasn’t in a place to do at the time. So was compensation worth it to me? No. But the law office did their best.

Ryan Watson helped me tremendously. He was responsive and did everything he said he was going to do. By far one of the best attorney’s in KC. Thanks for the help Ryan!!

Got off to a rough start with two different lawyers in the firm that did absolutely nothing. The firm apparently seen nothing was moving and they were giving me bad information and finally put me with Garret Tuck who was great and very informative. Once my case didn’t get settled, they put me with their litigation lawyer Blaine Dickinson that’s when things really started moving with my case. Blaine did a very good job.

At the moment I am not happy with my decision to sign on with this law firm to handle my injury case. If feels as if they are not taking what happend to me seriously at all. I understand that they are probably swamped in cases, however the lack of communication from the paralegal is concerning. The attorney that I was assigned to is out on maternity leave, so why assign her any new clients at all? I'm just very concerned with the outcome of this.

I was treated with respect from the beginning to end. Gregory Dowty was the assigned Attorney to my case. From the paralegal’s, settlement department employees and as well as Gregory I was given straightforward answers to all my questions. The slogan “Mike’s Got this” is right on. DiPasquale Moore has great advertising all around the 435 loop as well as in the airport. If I’m ever injured again, I will definitely contact Gregory Dowty.
