Mr. Ward was awesome and very straight forward. I did not have to do anything they took care of everything. The only thing I would offer. Is keeping better track of the treatment and tests cost. I had a torn meniscus in both knees. I was unable to get that tear repaired due to being over on allowed budget. Really I was satisfied with the specialist . I laugh at all the overwhelming TV commercials that DM law firm pushes out telling viewers/perspective clients to NOT settle for a "tiny check" from auto accidents. After a lackluster representation for my case a few years back, a tiny check is EXACTLY what DM settled for me. All those testimonials in their TV ads for $200-300k+ settlements all curiously include a small disclosure that essentially say all those "testimonials" are complete b.s. and aren't real results or actual clients. I can verify you will most likely settle for a tiny check indeed. **My Disclosure: unlike in all of DM ads, I was NOT compensated for this truthful review from my actual experience with DM representation. Do your research when hiring an attorney and perhaps ask yourself why DM advertisements never use actual high-dollar result testimonials, but paid actors.
