Marissa and her team are amazing. She helped guide me through a devastating time for my family. She treated me with respect, kindness and understanding when I was a frantic mess. I felt like family. I had my questions and all my concerns promptly answered. Marissa help explain the process. Her knowledge and life experiences helped ease my fears and worries. She helped my family recover from our losses. This auto accident totalled our family vehicle, destroyed plans, myself and my husband time from work and our children from school events and playful activities. During our time without a vehicle the person at-faults insurance wanted to tell me they would not cover a rental more then the 2-3 weeks at most even though it would take their company almost 2 months to send a check to pay off the totalled vehicle. Marissa sternly informed them they were wrong. She was absolutely amazing. I always felt like Marissa and her team always had my back and best interest at heart. I could not have asked for a better experience. I hope I never need the team again but I have and will refer all my friends and family to her.

They cared for me, and go my case closed out in like 2 weeks after they got my medical files. Absolutely killed it. They are helping me on Mt 2nd case now. And if that goes well I might ask about my 3rd case
