first impression.. lazy and uninterested

Spencer Phillips was very helpful in everything I was looking for! Very professional and highly recommend for anybody that needs a great attorney!

Hopefully I won't need an attorney again but if I do I will certainly call a different one. While "No case is too small" might be technically true it doesn't mean they will put any effort into it. I called and talked to someone I assume was a legal aide until she stopped returning my calls. The first time I spoke to an attorney was after he filed everything with the other insurance company. There was no interest in any details of the accident, my inability to do my job or anything else. While he was pleasant on the two phone conversations I had with him, he was also uninterested in any specific details. Since they got more out of it than I did, with minimal effort, it seemed more like an assembly line of paperwork.

Excellent law firm. Injured in a negligent trip and fall, and me having no insurance or money to go to a doctor, they got me into a doctor and physical therapy treatments for my shoulder cuff injury or I would have been in a world of trouble. 12 weeks of physical therapy I needed and I wouldn't have had with out the Dipasquale Law Firm. Plus a fast and reasonable settlement. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend!

Julian Bailey was very eager to help me. I didn't really think that he was going to be able to help me at all. But he and Melissa (paralegal) got down to business and were able to get me a very reasonable settlement in a short amount of time. Julian suggested a counter offer that they accepted. I just wanted to thank Dipasqule and Moore amd would recommend them and Julian Bailey to anyone.
