They have been keeping me informed on how my case is going.

On May 6th 2024 , I was struck by a vechile that ran a red light. I was taken to the Hospital and put into ICU . I ended up with Badly broken Sternum ,a large Hematoma on my breast ,also had whiplash. My husband contacted the law firm DiPasquale Moore,and they have taken my case. Don't worry about medical bills , or therapy ,lost wages for they will get it for you. Ashley Hart (Attorney) and Nicholas Rizzo( Pre-litigation case manager have been absolutely wonderful to me . They are you doing everything they can to help me,and they will help you also. And yes , I will always have to have some kind of adjustments to my spine,do from the car accident. They have this !!! Michael Lester has been working so hard on my case. I admire the way he has taken care of everything and made me feel like My Case was Top Priority. He even checked on me during all aspects of my treatment and made sure I was comfortable at all times. He even made my husband feel comfortable. Their firm is a joke!! “mikes got this” my ass!!! Fired them after 3yrs of waiting to go to trial. Be careful of law firms that “over advertise”. If you spent as much time “networking and advertising” maybe you would have a firm that isn’t a joke!. Stay away from this firm!! lol they will be hearing from my NEW Attorney.
