I first met the Cullan's 17 years ago during the worst time of my life. Fortunately my brother, who was a county attorney at the time, asked one of the law firms he dealt with for recommendations. They made sure I was prepared and understood what was happening. The case was handled and settled to my satisfaction. When you are going through such a tramatic time, you need someone you can count on . And 15 years after our case was settled, they still remember us.

I HIGHLY recommend these folks to anyone in need of legal services or advice! I came to them with a very personal and sensitive issue that I was unfortunate enough to have happen to me, and they handled me with gloved hands through the ENTIRE PROCESS. Not only that, unlike nearly EVERY other firm I contacted, I got to actually speak directly to a REAL attorney! And this particular attorney was like an angel sent from heaven. This person took so much initiative, and always checked up on me periodically. It made me feel really important and cared about, and for that I can't thank their firm enough. Do not contact this firm about any nursing home problems. We were referred to an outside attorney who met with us once. He told us we had a case and he would be in touch. Over two months went by and we never heard from him. Every time we called he had an excuse why he hadn't called. That was nearly 11 months ago and the last time we talked to him in August, he told us he would call in September. We still haven't heard from him. I worked at several law firms and the attorneys I worked for never acted in this matter. We kept our clients updated on the status of cases. We had tickler systems, etc. This guy has one assistant who is pretty incomptent from what we have experienced. It appears that this guy and this firm are only looking for slam dunk cases.

I worked with Dr. Sam Cullan when my son was injured at birth. Dr. Sam is a excellent attorney /doctor. I was very fortunate to have him represent us. He truly is a wonderful person and attorney. We are so very thankful he helped us through a very difficult time!!

Even though they couldn't take my case, the woman I spoke with on the phone was so incredibly nice. She gave me advice on what I could try to do next and as just a 22 year old, she showed me so much respect and confirmed my feelings and I would recommend this practice to anyone that needs it. Very informative and patient with me over the phone. I can only imagine the great work and the help that they give others in their time of need.

While they were unable to take my litigation, an attorney re-contacted me within 24 hours and talked through pros and cons surrounding my concern. They also directed me to other avenues to hold the entity I have concerns about accountable.

I contacted them to work on a potential malpractice claim. Virginia was great. I met with Dr. Sam Cullan one time. They took my case. Two months later, after minimal communication, they dropped me. They gave a few poor reasons, when really, it seems that the case wasn't worth their time. The doctor had malpractice insurance and even they admitted that malpractice had occurred. Only go to them if you are okay with minimal communication and can guarantee them a big payday. Sad.
