He cuts out the middle man an always talks to you directly an not his employees. Informs you of everything an makes sure that’s the way you want it done before he makes a decision. After my accident, I was lost and looking for an injury lawyer. I had never needed a lawyer before, so I met with a couple lawyers based on their excellent reviews. Donovan was the first that I went to, and he explained everything perfectly to me. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood. He uses examples with cases that he has done, and has experience with to explain things to you. I was still unsure, because I did not know what to expect from a lawyer, so I went and saw two more. It was beyond clear that Donovan would take me more seriously (me being a young and clueless college kid), and he was by far way more professional than the other lawyers that I briefly met with. After officially signing the paperwork, any time I needed to contact Donovan, he always had a speedy reply. I worked directly with him and not a "team" of people, so I could talk to one person who knew every aspect of my case. Even if he was a little busy, and could not meet in person, he would allow me to sign a paper or drop off papers to the ladies at the front desk. Even these ladies were always very nice, and super helpful. Overall, it was a very smooth experience, after such a shocking traumatic event, and I was very happy I chose Donovan to guide me and work with me through the process.
