Absolutely ZERO STARS! I know someone who had used this firm before they didnt have a good experience i decided to give them a try but.... First off the lady who answers the phone has no respect for anyone she's rude, inpatient. Your a law firm we are your client's! Hire someone who knows how to speak to human beings! They are slow as hell with your case they drag and want you to do everything they are supposed to be doing. MY case took 3 years and they get paid more then you do is the crazy part. You can't ever get ahold of your lawyer ever. Another lawyer called me ive never spoken to and didnt know what he was talking about couldn't even answer my questions doesnt make sense why he even called me i was really confused on that one. I called my lawyer all morning and afternoon he finally called me back at 2:30 stating I needed to meet him at 3:00 to pick up my check. Mind you he only gave me 30 minutes he said If I'm later the 3:30 no one will be in the office I arrived at 3:28 the front desk said he was still here and doesn't leave until 5pm I pay them to take my case they don't pay me. Best advice you can get from this firms bad reviews is to take them into consideration and listen to your clients! PLEASE better the way the lady speaks to people who pay for your services it's Ridiculous they way her attitude is!

Both my daughters were injured in a car accident Feb 14 so I decided to get online and find legal assistance for them. Lawyers.com found Mikes Office for me! After speaking with paralegal Pierce he explained to me that a lawyer Grace would be contacting me. I had little to none information giving because it seemed as if Pierce had trouble with communication or maybe jingling too many things. Then to find out after calling Grace numerous times that I was unaware that Grace wasn’t representing my daughters any longer. I found out through text that Drew would be representing them. Drew seemed concerned about my daughters, appts were set then communication basically slowed down to almost none. Fast forward to mediation between all parties involved in the accident at the beginning of November. Was told by Drew (via text) that he’s still waiting on documents from Mediators. Unfortunately my daughter’s case is the only case that is still waiting but all other parties involved has settled with the insurance company and they have verbally communicated with their attorneys. This is very odd and disturbing. I have called in the morning or in between my working hours when I have time to speak with Drew but I’m ignored. Lack of communication and I feel like this is negligence on my daughter’s case from Drew. Can someone let me know what’s going on?

I’m am absolutely impressed with DM Law Firm. They treated me respectfully and handled my case with great professionalism and the process moved swiftly. All members involved were very helpful. Special thanks to Tanner Hewlette he treated fairly and was very easy to work with.

This is review for my wife. She has nothing but positive coming from the team of Mike DiPasquale, his law firm has took care of her from the minute. She got hurt in her car crash and I’m sure I’ll take care of her to the end. They have stood by her from day one I know she’s got troubles to the end she will keep having troubles for I don’t know how long, it’s gonna take a while but they are an excellent law firm. They take care of you very well. I suggest anybody that needs help with any kind of law needs to contact them. They will help you.
