I’ve been working with different lawyers from this firm since December 2022, when I first hired them to take my fall case. Since signing the service agreement, its been terrible. They do not communicate with you about what’s going on with your case and when you try to communicate with them, they send you to their voicemail and Dalexis hang up in your face TODAY. Wheb you finally do speak with someone about the unprofessional service no apology was given for the lack of professionalism, no care was given for how I felt, they do not care. I do NOT recommend this company, how can I trust them to get the best numbers for me and I can’t even count on Dalexis, Yovana, Haley or any other person that’s been on my case to communicate with me. Horrible

This firm has been “dinking” around with my case for over two years. Return phone calls take anywhere from three to fourteen days. I’m injured for life and got a measly $10k. “Mike DON’T got this!”
