I was rear-ended by an uninsured, distracted driver on my way home from work while at a complete stop ! My car was totaled and i had a concussion ! All of this happened 2 days before my little sisters wedding. Between losing the best car i ever had and the thousands of dollars i had to pay just to get back on the road, it was the worst experience of my life. So i called Mike Passquales office for help ! Tristan Medlin was my attorney. Since i was hit by someone who didnt have insurance the only option that left me was to find a way to get compensation from my own insurance office. Tristan got my insurance to cover all of my medical costs and put money back in my pocket. Car accidents and dealing with insurance companies is a headache and very stressful. I always felt like they were on my side and thats what you really need in a situation like the one i was in. He was always professional and very knowledgeable.
