I had the pleasure of working with Michael Propst at DiPasquale Moore. I couldn’t be pleased with the services. I was in a semi-severe accident that left me with a back and neck injury. I went through physical therapy 2x a week as well as bi-weekly doctor visits. Michael was there throughout the entire process, guiding me. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except getting better and healing. He fought to get me what I deserved. I have used Michael for all kinds of legal advice and he never fails to amaze me. All of their team members I worked with were communicative, friendly, and beyond helpful! I highly recommend this firm. I’m honestly not one to leave reviews but I had to with how impressed the services were! I will continue to work with them if for any reason I need a lawyer again!

Im a little behind on my review, but I was recently reminded how terrible MD’s firm handled my case. I was in a really bad accident last August. I had a brand new car, literally 2 weeks old. I had full coverage, gap insurance, everything. I had got in contact with Grace through MD, she seemed kind, but I never heard from anyone unless I called. In the span of 8 months, I heard from my lawyer maybe 2 or 3 times, again, I had to call every time. I remember them calling me at work telling me that “They dropped my case” and to “Have a good day”. That was seriously how they ended it. Nothing further, nobody assisted me with anything. No one asked for pictures of my injuries, I had to get in contact with my insurance to see if anything was happening. The kid that hit me ran a stop sign going double the speed limit, no insurance, wasnt his car and there were expired temp tags on the car. I also had to reach out to the police to get my police report as no one sent anything of the sort to me. My lawyers and case managers also “forgot” to send me my forms for the loss of wages from missing work.I called two separate times asking for them but both times my lawyer and case manager “wasnt in office” so it took weeks to hear back. I got a measly $500 from restitution from the state for an accident that caused me over $30k in damages alone. I will never recommend this law firm to anybody
