I have known Scott for about 11 years or so and he has been the best lawyer to not only me but my family. Scott has been everything and if he couldn't help he always lead us in the right direction. I would recommend him to any and everybody. He always allows you to walk away from any situation with a smile on your face. I hired DiPasquale Moore after a car wreck earlier this year. My attorney was Garrett Tuck and he made everything very easy for us. He did a great job of explaining everything that was happening and what the next steps were. He had no issues driving out to meet us and answered any and all questions we had. He definitely went above and beyond for us and I can't emphasize enough just how easy and stress free he made the whole process. I was them for 3 years. I got screwed when they change attorney. My first attorney was awesome. But his employee screw up my whole case. I won't go through them at all. They are unde professional for me. They don't know to keep in contact with there clients all.

Worked with attorney Todd Lucas.
Was an accident case - a fall on a walk with an unmarked step down - interested in recovering all of my medical costs and perhaps something for pain and suffering.
Handled in a reasonable time frame. Minimal effort on my part. Fair terms regarding the firm's compensation. Satisfied with outcome. Would give an unqualified recommendation to Todd and DiPasquale Moore.
