I’m extremely disappointed over this entire experience. The communication was never great. My settlement check was sent and cashed by them and I still have not received my portion. They said they needed to verify with my medical insurance company before sending me my portion. This was over 2 months ago. I have called twice every week, left messages and I can’t get an answer back. I called my medical insurance company and they said they haven’t had any contact from them. I feel like I’m getting ghosted at this point. May have to get a whole other lawyer involved. What a mess

Summary: Super satisfied! Long version below: I reached out to them the day after the other insurance company wanted to settle my injury claim. At this point, I had very little treatment and the settlement offer from the other insurance was insulting to be honest. DiPasquale Moore was able to help me get several months more of treatment getting me from about 60% well to 99% well. Once I was a point where I was comfortable with the recovery, they were able to settle for a total of 6-7x more than the insurance offered previously (after fees and bills, I still was able to received 3x what was initially offered). If you are considering them, I would highly suggest using them for any injury claims you may have. Just understand a few things going in: The settlement process takes a while, it's not an instant thing and is only done at the end of everything so you must be patient. My injury was minor so I imagine more extreme injuries take even longer. Also, they are transparent about it, but they take a large percentage of the total settlement. Rightfully so. They do all the work so you can just focus on recovering. When I started working with them, I didn't have to deal with the other insurance at all and getting treatment through their recommendations was incredibly easy and stress-free. Overall, there's not a situation where you work with DiPasquale Moore and come out worse than if you were trying to do it all yourself.
