Easily one of the worst attorneys I’ve dealt with. Prior to signing the contract with them THEY reached out to ME multiple times after I inquired (phone call and email) immediately after signing the contract all communication was gone, they have you download an app to keep in touch easier with your attorney and they don’t even respond (I kid you not would have to message 4-5 times before getting a response) it wasn’t until I was finally over it and stopped giving them the benefit of the doubt and stopped being so understanding and essentially started being rude to them before they got it together and actually communicated back with me in a timely manner. (Alison I believe her name is, she’s terrible as well and doesn’t know how to do her job) Please remember these people are getting paid BECAUSE OF YOU, they’re working FOR you so if you’re dealing with them please keep your foot down and stand on business because they definitely will try to play in your face. Had to check my attorney, Devin, after he told me that my concerns weren’t valid, if you’re getting paid BECAUSE of my case any concern I bring up is valid. Initially offered me 1300, I denied, he took 3-4 weeks to get back to me and offered me $1000…. (I didn’t settle for that) however just an example of how slow and odd they do things.

Got the help I needed, and all my questions and concerns were addressed promptly They were a fantastic help if I ever need them again in the future, I definitely will retain their services again
