From Trina Mettle-Mills This was the worst possible experience I ever had with an attorney. The attorney I had mostly communicated with me by text and left crucial legal information up to my own interpretation. She was very slow to return calls. The only time she began reaching out to me was when I complained about her lack of communication and her inability to explain legal information that would determine the outcome of my case. Her name was Hyemin. Absolutely HORRIBLE! I complained to her superior. He tried to use attorney debating techniques to trip me up and make feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about, but I was able to present every text (and I still have those texts). My advice would be to go somewhere else. Find an attorney that is decent enough to guide you to the best possible outcome...LET ME TELL YOU THIS PLACE IS NOT THAT PLACE!! They're very lazy and will treat you like a pest.

It took awhile (8months from end of episode and end of bills)but lawyer only paid Medicare 10000 on a 143,000 medicalbill which left me with 45000 on a 100000 settlement...way more than I expected. How did he do it?

Communication is not good. They pass you around from one lawyer to the next, and it's difficult to understand what is going on. I gave 3 stars because they at least gave us a lead on someone else who could help us.

Russ was a big Help

The process was easy. They did all the work and went above and beyond what I was expecting. They kept me in the loop of what was going on when it came to counter offers and settlement.
