I have used this attorneys office for 30 plus years. I would not use any other for legal matter. They stay on top of matters and I feel this is the best law firm in the kc area. So this is the one you need.Michaelanthony Van Alst op ks

Bill was referred by a friend to handle my workers compensation case. He had the contacts that allowed me to finally get the medical care I needed. He was always answered my calls. I have referred two other people to him.

Mr. Bill Manson handled a personal injury (car accident) case for me 12 years ago and a more recent worker's compensation case. I can't say enough about his knowledge of the legal processes, avenues/strategies to win your cases and his network of contacts. Above all, his patience in explaining all the "legalese" to an anxious client such as me, is unprecedented. He always was available to speak with me and his staff is kind, knowledgeable and very caring towards injured people. They understand our needs for limited walking to meetings, they will come to your home, if needed, and they set up meetings convenient to your schedule. Mr. Bill Manson answers your questions before you can even speak it because he's so knowledgeable, he's thinking that fast, that he is way ahead of your thoughts/questions! Both cases he handled had very good outcomes for me and I would hire him again!

Bill is very good at what he does,and integrity goes a long way when things get complicated his makes it easy to understand even if, its not what you wanna hear.Bill is straight to the point,& most of all he treats you like a person not a number or a dollar sign.He gots a great staff and they make you feel good about yourself even if,You feel mentally & physically overwhelmed.Only things i can say is Thank You,and i Appreciate You Bill for taken my case.

I was injured on the job and had no clue what to do. Great guidance and help. I felt much more at ease having him there to help with questions. Very knowledgable and great communication. He settled my case and left me with little worries with future health and financial needs.

Mr. Manson is very knowledgable of Kansas and Missouri laws. I never had to wait very long to get some sort of a reply from Mr. Manson whenever I had questions about my case. Mr. Manson has always been able to explain things to me in a way that I could understand. Even with all of his experience and knowledge there are some fields of the law that Mr. Manson was not professionally able to help me with, but he knew exceptionable people to refer me to. I guess I would say in some form or another Mr. Manson was always able to help me with all of my legal needs, resulting from my work accident.

I can't imagine having used any other attorney for my work comp/personal injury case. He has gone above and beyond what I imagined. Mr Manson knows work comp law better than anyone I know . When I had a career ending injury, Bill was there for me from beginning to end .
