We hired Brian Costello for our son's third DUI, paid him in cash $5,000. He promised again our son would only get 6-9 months in jail & he got 5 years. Total waste of money

Finally this crook has been disbarred in BOTH Ks and Mo!!! He took my boyfriends parents for $30k. Also Appeared illegally in court . However, due to his idiocy the conviction was set aside and a much better deal was made. How this man lives with himself I’ll never know. He’s the lowest of the low. Messing with peoples lives to fuel his addiction. Brian karmas a you know what and she always shows up.

Costello has finally been DISBARRED from the practice of law in Kansas and received an automatic suspension of his law license in Missouri. Additionally, t has been found that the was practicing law in Illinois without law license in that state. I would suggest that you not engage in any services, including the purchase of insurance policies, with this scoundrel.

I hired him to represent me and he did nothing but continue the case out and then withdraw from the case. He never read the details of my case much less work with me to prepare a defense. He is also known to sleep with his clients in lieu of the retainer.

I paid him last year $5,000 to represent my husband he assured me he would take care of it and he never gave me any information didn’t answer my calls nor text kept pushing the court date out. he would only text me when it involved money. Come to find out he’s suspended.

This man is a true con artist! His law license is suspended in Mo and he is still taking clients and practicing in Ks. All while not notifying his clients which by law he is required to do? The Mo supreme court found enough factual evidence to immediately suspend his license for gross misconduct and threat to cause irreparable damage to the public and the profession. He’s even been arrested for not showing up to his own clients court dates!!!

This guy took my money and ran. Do not cash app him money, he might take it, not do ANY work and refuse to return your money to you. I was already dealing with a lot and he just added stress. I hope you read this before giving him any money or anytime.

I have used Brian several times in the past for traffic and MIP. He is always upfront on his fees and while not a miracle worker he knows the law and what he can and can't get done. You can call him anytime and speak directly with him. I like that.

I called Brian's number which I found on Google at 11:30 pm from the Sheriff's office after being charged with DUI. He picked up the phone at that late hour and was helpful in walking me through the process. The next day he called me for a status update. He has given me good service thus far.
