This past summer, I was stopped for a minor violation. The officer could have very easily given a warning, but chose not to, even thought I was courteous and have a totally clean driving record. I work long hours and cannot take any time off work for court or anything like that. A friend told me to get an attorney, which is correct advice. You don't want points on your record. I found R. Christopher Simons Esq. telephone and gave his office a call. He was in court, but never-the-less called me back right away. He had me complete documentation electronically, and I sent a photo of the ticket. He was very reasonable in his fee structure. I paid him electronically and my ticket was amended to a non-moving violation. BRAVO. Thank you for your time & patience. These things are a virtue and hard to find these days.

I got several tickets just the past 3 years which I am not probably of , however Richard took care all of them! He responded quickly and offers reasonable price! More than that, you will get a nice result from the court with the help of Richard!

Very happy with Mr. Simons services to reduce a speeding ticket to a non-moving violation. He is very quick to respond to messages and/or phone calls. Fees were much lower compared to others in the area, very friendly and professional. Hopefully I don't need to use his services again, but if/when I do, he will be my first phone call.
