Very slow processing of cases ,it took them 2 months to just fill my petitions despite having all required documents ,out of reach most of time,rarely answer my emails ,head office employee is disrespectful, I had to follow everything myself as they simply don't care !
I went to office to get things done correctly and to remo e a burden off my shoulders but unfortunately they add to my burden!
I don't recommend.
Ofcourse I'm talking about work otherwise Angela is respectful .
