CROOKS! An absolutely horrible experience. They promised me the world with an FMLA case that should’ve been a slam dunk. Then they let it drag out until the company went out of business. I was told I would probably still get something after certain things happened with the bankruptcy. And still three and a half years later absolutely nothing. They won’t even return my calls. And to add insult to injury when I called the courthouse there is absolutely no record of any FMLA case going on that has anything to do with me. Which means, according to the court clerk, it has already been disposed of or was never even filed in the first place. It is if they just took the money and ran. While leaving me with nothing.
