Silvernail law firm was there during my time in need and took great care of me during my time in Kirksville. Her and the team helped me get back to my family in CA & even with rides to the train station & paying fees that still occur. I appreciate everything they’ve done & continue to do.

why give up so easily?

We've had the unfortunate experience in dealing with this lawfirm over the past 2 years! We've been attempting to get my daughter's divorce & custody matters finalized. Leslie was NEVER in the office, or available for phone calls. The receptionist literally has screamed, yelled, and cussed out; my daughter and my husband on numerous occasions!! After "milking" our 5k retainer fee over bogus excuses, and long drug out court dates moved time and time again the divorce was finalized. After the hearing was set for the children's custody and settlement of the divorce in August, we were told there needed to be another 5k retainer. In the meantime, we were to gather witnesses, an example their testimony, and additional evidence. Then my daughter just received an email 6/12/24 stating that they are removing her as a client, with zero explanation!! My husband went up to the lawfirm in person, and AGAIN was treated Horribly. He was very disrespected, yelled at, and gave no good explanation as to why Leslie wouldn't follow through with the hearing in August!! This has been the AB-SO-LUTE WORST experience we've ever had with any lawyer, EVER!!!!

A friend of mine and her family has poured money into their business for the past 2 years trying to help with her case, but all they did was make them (including 2 kids) feel unheard and unimportant throughout the whole process. They didn’t care to acknowledge her situation or her concerns and they didn’t communicate well with them where necessary (or much at all really) and I find that very dishonest and unprofessional for what a law firm is meant to accomplish for their clientele, especially in cases like this. I’ve read others’ reviews and there have been similar experiences. Just a waste of time, energy, and money for people who couldn’t care less.. so sad and it really breaks my heart for her family.

Customer service and communication is absolutely horrific and worst I’ve ever dealt with, especially and mostly including the office staff from the very beginning. Would strongly NOT recommend them for any services at all. If you want little to no results and spend a lot of money for not much , go ahead and use them, BUT BEWARE !!!

I hired Leslie for my custody case, and she did nothing for me except roll over for my ex and her attorney. It was a waste of money.

Incredible performance from Leslie and her legal team. Through a lengthy and trivially court custody case she exceeded expectations. Thorough, professional, and patient. Are the words to describe her law firm.
