Called looking for legal assistance as a victim of a crime and the person who answered, presumably Lesley Silvernail, was extremely hostile and rude to me. She kept trying to convince me that my case wasn't important enough, I had no merit, and that it wasn't worth perusing. Who speaks to victims that way, especially, what type of lawyer? This doesn't seem like the kind of law office that has the best intentions for the public.
