I would like to express my dissatisfaction with this Law Firm as my Daughter and Son-In-Law reached out to them regarding a Discrimination/Non Justified reason for my Son-In-Law being terminated from his Job. They just received a message stating due to their caseload they were able to undertake representation. Since they have too large of a caseload please make sure you take this into account should you need immediate representation. The kids need help and will now have to reach out elsewhere as they are in dire need of help so we will Perdue other avenues.

I recently reached out and completed the questionnaire to represent me in a potential EEOC meditation. After my questionnaire was submitted and hopefully reviewed, they decided not to take on my case for whatever reason. I felt the decision was unfair with poor review/judgement. I was never given a fair chance to provide details that supports my charge. I believe I was turned away due to the short duration on the job but discrimination and retaliation has no timeframe. Their loss, this is a big employer they could have easily won against with all the evidence I have.
