I hired Allen and Rector law offices to prosecute a suit in which a client failed to pay for services rendered. Chris Allen appointed two fantastic attorneys to my my case. Steven Patterson and Kayla Millsap were so pleasant to work with. Kayla has a such a sweet personality but I would not want to be cross examined by her. She is anything but sweet as she digs for the truth. Steven is well composed, keen and straightforward. Not only did they represent me well but they represent their team well. The smooth operation of everyone from Brenda at the front desk, Starla who's like a true detective and the crushing duo in the courtroom kept my mind at ease and of course won the case. I honestly could not have asked for more. Thank you all for everything.

We hired Mr. Allen after he was recommended from a family member. We had a different kind of adoption that was contested on one side. Before Mr. Allen we had an attorney handle our guardianship every time I talked with her I felt unsecure. I called Allen and Rector. Well versed attorney with great "bed side" quality combined with anticipation, strategy, and adaptability as circumstances/events developed. Exceptional courtroom performance and interaction with appropriate jurisdictional entities, i.e. Judge, Prosecuting Attorney, etc. throughout the procedure. If in need of legal assistance in Laclede County, hire Mr. Allen and you will not regret it. This was for a difficult, yet questionable traffic citation. Quite reasonable financially and located across the street from the court house(behind). This helps. He and his staff have great rapport with the jurisdictional personnel.

Where do I start as both Mr. Allen and his staff as they are very professional and exceeded my expectations involving what I thought was a simple adoption that turned into processing an international adoption with State Department forms and Hague Convention requirements. When we first met Mr. Allen he was straight forward about taking the case and some of the issues we might encounter with our granddaughter being German. Basically, the cost did not bother me but I thought it would be an easy adoption as both biological parents signed the rights over for us to adopt. There is a lot to learn but international adoption from our case but both Mr. Allen and Ms. Queen exceeded the standards several times when issues popped like having a home study approved by the State Department and making phone calls to resolve the rejection of our State Department forms due to little issues. I seriously thought the cost of this adoption was going to increase as more issues were involved in getting the case properly ajuducated through the legal system but Mr. Allen said we would stick to te agreed fee and would accept the challenge as it was unique. Having a great staff and someone like Ms. Queen to follow up on paperwork and phone calls on the status of the case is what makes a business successful as often the client just needs a status of where are we at and the plan for the road ahead which makes Allen & Allen a highly recommended firm to seek for legal issues. At the actual day of being in court with the judge Mr. Allen was excellent in the legal portion of the court between our now daughter and the judge as he took the time to let her know what was going to happen in the court as she gets very nervous with unknown folks. In closing, I highly recommend Mr. Allen and his firm as I am taking the time out to personally thank all the folks involved with the successful adoption of our daughter. This is a great reflection upon Mr. Allen, Allen & Allen firm, and the city of Lebanon, Missouri.
