Amy Howard hires this Law Firm to scam tenants out of their deposits. Trusting them would be an awful choice after moving into a newly renovated unit they conspired to take our entire deposit. These people must not be trusted. A 1,100 deposit turned into a 8 DOLLAR REFUND BECAUSE OF DAMAGES TO CARPET (this unit was newly renovated) and we left it in pristine condition. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and is great at answering questions. The prices are a great value for having an attorney set up a LLC with all required documents. It is not a canned "one size fits all" site. Tim oversees the process and makes sure it is done correctly..
