Brandon has been a godsend in the death of my husband. He was compassionate and worked tirelessly to assist in wrapping up all the life insurance issues and details that come with the passing of your loved one. His communication skills and attention to details gave me a much needed sense that all was being handled in the most professional yet personable way. The police went well beyond the scope of their search warrant of my house, then got a 2nd warrant to cover what actually did, 2 days AFTER they arrested me. They touched nothing described in the 1st warrant. The prosecutor knew a 1st year law student could beat this case, so they only asked for probation. This was my 2nd D felony. When I asked Mr Kinney about filing a Franks motion, all he wanted to do is wait to hear prosecution's offer. For months I asked for my discovery, to see why he wouldnt file. I got it 45 mins before going in front of the judge to cop to it. Im glad the prosecutor only tried for probation, since my lawyer didnt try to stop them. The other 2 people that were charged, had their cases dismissed. I honestly believe I would be free if I had used a public defender, or filed a Franks motion myself. Mr Kinney is a very pleasant person, but worthless as a lawyer.

MR.KINNEY WAS VERY UPFRONT ABOUT THE CHARGES AND LET US KNOW THE WORST CASE. BUT ALWAYS TOLD US THE BEST WAY TO NAVIGATE THIS CASE. HE TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF ME IN A FELONY DRUG CHARGE AND EVEN GOT IT CHANGED TO A VA COURT. WE DID NOT EVEN KNOW OF SUCH A COURT. HE IS FAIR AND GOOD WITH PEOPLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES.

Brandon sent me a letter offering representation after receiving a ticket for disregarding sign/barricade. Was going to pay the fine, but looked up the Violation of Statute/Ordinance Charge Code from the ticket online, and I was really being charged with Hazardous Driving. I left him a msg & he called back promptly. He explained the facts & consequences/took my case for a great price, went to court for me & saved me $$$ in the long run. He answered my calls/texts in a timely manner. An added plus, he's polite.

Mr. Kinney is an extremely knowledgeable attorney. Brandon helped me with my divorce- I have always been under the assumption that divorces are scary, horrific court battles. That was definitely not the case with Brandon, he understood this divorce was life changing for me. My divorce was finalized within four months of filing, I was amazed! Any time I had questions, Mr. Kinney always returned my calls or emails in timely manner. Highly recommend to anyone!

Mr. Kinney was incredibly quick and thorough in regards to my case. My family and I were new to the Missouri/Kansas area when I was pulled over by a Kansas police officer for a tag that was 2 days late. Where I'm from originally (Oklahoma) you have a 30 day grace period on your tag, in KS you automatically have a court date set and fines. Brandon took my case and worked diligently for a week and not only got my court date moved to an easier day for me, but also went to court for me and got my case completely dismissed! Without Mr. Kinney, I would've had court on my birthday and had to pay some hefty fines for being 2 days past due.

He signed a contingency contract of wrongful termination with me. I waited because he said " my case will be a hard due to the fact I was terminated for a disability from a government contract company. When I heard Nothing I called. He said he emailed me the DAY I was in his office but when I didn't sign the document he emailed me, he closed my case. UGH . No phone call, No certified letter- NOTHING. Now he made me miss the deadline. Of course when I tried a law firm to help me get this guy. I'm turned away because I'm on a disability income and attorneys won't take it because they won't handle this on contingency and I don't have thousands of dollars. I'm here to let everyone to go to someone else. Don't wait for any attorney- bother them- make them be your true attorney.

First met Mr. (Dr?) Kinney about 3 years ago. Has helped through out many legal issues. Both in court and being an open book for advice with my son and temp guardianship case. When this is somewhat out of the normal. Trust him due to power of attourny case years ago, no need to seek other council.
