I was going through a custody/ child support battle with my ex husband. The lawyer I had could no longer work on my case and referred me to Dana. It was very short notice but Dana stepped up and met me at our first court date. We discussed how things would go from there and she assured me that she would take care of everything. She stayed on top of the case while making sure to update me every step of the way. Due to her great diligence my case was dismissed. Dana was excellent and i would definitely refer her to my friends and family.

Dana handled a municipal court matter for me. She was quick to respond, handled the matter effeciently and with a better outcome than I had expected. Dana was very up front and took the time to listen to my issue. She explained what can and can not happen unlike other attorneys I have dealt with. I highly reccomend her to handle any legal matters you might have.

THE TRUTH ABOUT DANA ALTIERI : Dana's achievements/accomplishments shown in her profile are an example of the drive/ determination obtained by her incredibly strong work ethic. Hence, why she is so well known and highly respected. When walking into the courtroom with Dana by my side as legal counsel her command presence was absolute. However, things you don't see in her profile is what kind of person Dana Altieri really is. Dana Altieri is without question beautiful but she is beautiful from the inside out, not from the outside only. She has a caring heart this shows true with every client she takes. She will tell you the truth from day one. She is also very loyal to all clients. Believe it or not this is hard to find. Regarding my situation, all I wanted was to be a Dad to my son and see him, a right every Dad deserves. Ended up turning into a very long tedious game by respondent. Through my darkest times of confusion and every tear that fell from my face not understanding why this was happening, Dana was always a call away to reassure I was not in the dark alone. 100% of my trust had to be given to Dana. With so much on the line, this was very difficult to do. However,Dana stood by my side allowing herself to be pulled through the legal muddy water with me never once leaving my side throughout everything. The outcome came over a year later (which Dana said from day one was a possibility) and could not be more pleased with the judgment. Had it not been for Lauren (Dana's paralegal) and Dana I would not made it through this. *Consider yourself lucky if you are able to obtain Dana Altieri as legal counsel*

Dana is an amazing lawyer. She has alot of experience and is also a judge in Lee's Summit and kansas City. Dana And Mark Handled my divorce and it went very well.
