Very professional and kind. A great experience.

She did perform SOME work on my case, however, she refused to perform ANY research with regard to a real estate document. She insisted that her interpretation (that I waived my interest in the property) was the ONLY interpretation and she refused to discuss with me the possibility that she was incorrect, as she had stated she had never seen this document before. EVERY single conversation we had reverted to her focusing on the "waiver". In the meantime I discovered the true meaning of the "waiver", however she would not entertain my interpretation. Instead, she approached the judge the day prior to my trial and I believe indicated to him that we had a difference of opinion on the document and that she would be withdrawing. She left me in a horrible position. I had paid her over $7,000 at that point. She failed to obtain discovery from the Respondent re: financial issues and I was blindsided with marital debt that he had accumulated in the year (plus) we had been separated. She returned $5,000 to me ONLY after she withdrew and I was unable to secure other counsel. She was a friend and colleague. My concern is that if she would treat a "friend" who is also a practicing attorney in the area this way.... what kind of representation is she providing to the unknowing client off the street?

Robert Gordon is an excellent attorney. Robert was quick to return my calls. Robert always made time to address any of my concerns regarding my case . Robert is a very skilled attorney. Family Law is always difficult. From my first meeting Robert listened to all my concerns and developed a strategy to protect my legal rights as a single Father. Often Father's rights are down played. Robert Gordon was tireless in his method to present all the facts in a most difficult case. His staff I found to be above and beyond any experience I had in my past legal dealings. At trial he proved to be excellent at proceedings. Robert Gordon has the tenacity of a bulldog. His knowledge of the law combined with his ability to present evidence to the court most favorable to his client is amazing. His court room manner is "poetry in motion." Robert Gordon is a veteran who served his country well. I will tell you from my experience in looking and securing a successful attorney Robert Gordon is in a class all his own. Mr. Gordon was assigned to my divorce case as the court appointed guardian ad litem. i was told that both me and my now ex wife would each be paying a $1000 dollars for his fees. after every court hearing he requested additional fees which was not discussed. both parties were responsible for paying half of these additional fees, Robert also threatened to dismiss the case multiple times if those fees were not paid before the next hearing. when the case was settled i was left with owing Robert $218 of unpaid fees, before i could even pay these fees i was hit with a garnishment for $1599 for my fees and the other parties unpaid fees. i attempted multiple times to contact Robert over this situation and was only able to speak with his paralegal julie which could never give me a straight answer. he claims that "he's for the kids" but in all reality he just here for his wallet. if your looking for a crook or a joke for an attorney this is your guy
