Nick represented me in both my divorce and later, child custody case. He kept both my cases on track and moving forward. Nick did an excellent job in our custody case. There were no surprises; he always gave us his best expectation of the future grounded in reality of the case. I was represented by Nick and he didn't defend my rights in a divorce case. It seems like there is a buddy system in Jackson County, Mo. Attorneys and mediators seem all to friendly and quick to settle, along with other cases against each other(conflict). It seemed like he rolled over in court and didn't appeal or ask for any chain of custody of phone records and or texts. The phone was never submitted into evidence only copy and paste messages. I spoke with a Investigator for the Missouri General and that isn't correct. In the court hearing I believe I could have defend myself better than Nick. He did not once appeal or object, to false or misleading non admissible information. I find it amazing since his website says so much good about him. I know he is a good man inside, but as a attorney I would never hire again.
