I have sought help from Ashley in my divorce case, a contempt case, and a modification case (ranging from 2016-2019). She has been very helpful in explaining the process and how to approach each case. Ashley is very professional and understanding, she will listen to you and then discuss what the best options are for your case. When I met Mrs. Irwin I immediately felt confident in her ability to help me and my family. She worked fast! She got the judge to grant me emergency custody of my niece in less than 48 hours. Within 6 months it was permanent! This includes one continuance from the judge who had to reschedule due to a jury trial he was in. It was a complex case that involved 2 states and 3 parties. Our family couldn't be happier with the work Mrs. Irwin has done. Her fee was as I expected, no surprises. To be honest I can't put a price on the new life she has given me, my niece and my family! Ashley took on my very difficult and trying divorce with child custody. She is fair, well versed and works for the client. Ms. Irwin was part of my defense team against the state of Missouri in a criminal trial that ended favorably for me. She was readily available for any questions i had.
