I hired Kirby for a child custody case, he was always honest and upfront of what to expect from day one. He kept good communication and was always supportive of frustrations as there are many of them in custody disputes. I also had some things come up post trial that he has given great advice and guidance on. I recommend him to anyone, and will use him again if needed.

Kirby was amazing and took on my case when I thought I had no hope. He worked hard and continues to support my journey. I highly recommend him! Kirby is a great attorney. He does not over promise and is very detailed in everything that he does. He kept me very informed throughout the entire process and gave me great legal advice the entire time. He is also very fair on his hourly rate. I had nothing but a great experience with Kirby and would recommend him to anyone.

I used Kirby years ago for my divorce and child custody case. He pretty much laid down and let my ex get everything plus more he asked for. DO NOT USE HIM! He was also too busy with another big case at the time. You are dealing with the lives of children, mothers and fathers. Not just another case to line your pockets.

I recommend Kirby to everyone! I used him for my divorce and he helped me every step of the way. I have had to consult with him about a few issues even after the divorce and each time he has kept me calm and has been on top of everything. From start to finish 5 STARS! Kirby and his staff made the inevitably difficult process of getting divorced as smooth as can be! I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and professionalism. I know not everyone has the same situation, but in the end there was no surprises, and everything happened exactly like Kirby said it would.
